The Joint Venture
Vamana Riseonic is developed by the Dhir & Vamana Group, a joint venture that brings together Dhir Constructions' on-ground execution strength with Vamana Group's design-led development philosophy. Together, the partnership is delivering New Chandigarh's tallest residential tower at G+36 floors, spread across roughly 6.58–8.75 acres on PR-4, Dakshin Marg, Sector 20.
The project is 100% RERA compliant — registered under PBRERA-SAS80-PR1350 — with registered land title, environment clearance, aviation NOC and mining NOC already secured, giving homebuyers complete transparency and confidence.
